Strawberry Earth deals – how does it work?
Every Monday at 12.00 we feature new deals for great products and amazing experiences from our favourite brands. When you buy a deal from Strawberry Earth there are two ways of enjoying your purchase:
- You receive a PDF voucher via email. You print the voucher and present it to the Strawberry Partner whose deal you bought and that’s it! You’ll be entitled to receive the product or service you purchased directly from that Strawberry Partner.
- You receive a PDF voucher with a discount code via email. Use the discount code in the webshop of the Strawberry Partner whose deal you bought and you’re done! You’ll receive the product or service you purchased directly from that Strawberry Partner.
What are the Strawberry Earth deal conditions?
The conditions vary per deal. So, before you buy a deal it’s super important that you always check the conditions mentioned at the bottom of the deal under the section headed ‘Important Deal Details’. Our general Terms & Conditions also apply to all deals on the website as well.
How long is my PDF voucher or discount code valid?
This depends on the specific deal and is always written in the section headed ‘Important Deal Details’. If the deal has already been purchased, the period of validity is printed on the voucher.
I have a voucher that is no longer valid, what now?
Oops, unfortunately we can’t give a refund after a voucher has expired. The validity date is listed on each PDF voucher and our refund policy is also set out in our Terms & Conditions.
I can’t print my voucher. What now?
No stress, you can either login to your account on Strawberry Earth and print your voucher from there or just send us a message via the “Contact page”. Haven’t got a printer? That’s a little trickier, maybe one of your friends could print the voucher for you.
I accidently deleted my voucher. What now?
No worries! You can either login to your account on Strawberry Earth and access your voucher from there or send us a message via the “Contact page” and we’ll sort something out for you.
I want to use my voucher / discount code, but it has already been used. What now?
Hmmm that’s strange, please send us a message via the “Contact page” and we’ll get to the bottom of the problem!
I’ve bought a deal but I haven’t received my voucher / discount code.
Sorry about that! Please double check to see if your payment was successful. You can check this by logging in to your Strawberry Earth account and checking the overview of your orders. ‘Open’ orders can be paid immediately. If your payment was successful double check the spam box of your email account to see if the voucher is in there. If none of these steps work just send us a message via the “Contact page” and we’ll look into it!
My discount code doesn’t work on the Strawberry Partner’s webshop, help!
Please double check that you’ve filled out the code correctly (accidental capital letters or unnecessary extra spaces could be the reason your code isn’t working). If it’s still not working, please contact the Strawberry Partner (the webshop) who can manually check if your code is valid and solve the problem. If that doesn’t work your Strawberry Partner will contact us to resolve the problem.
I have a valid voucher but the company selling the deal doesn’t exist anymore. What now?
Wow! We definitely didn’t see this one coming! If a Strawberry Partner has gone bankrupt during the validation period of a voucher and/or promotional code you will get your money back! Just send us a message via the “Contact page” and we’ll sort it out.
Which payment methods may I use on the website?
Strawberry Earth deals can be paid for with ideal (which supports bank transfers with: Rabobank, ING, Triodos, Friesland Bank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, RegioBank and Van Lanschot Bankiers) and PayPal. Creditcard payments are also possible and operate through PayPal.
My payment was timed-out. What should I do?
No worries. You should have received an email confirming that the payment was unsuccessful. Simply try paying again by: clicking the link in that mail or
login to your Strawberry Earth account and pay any unpaid orders which are listed in your ‘Account Overview’ or
just click the ‘Buy Now’ button on the Strawberry Earth website and start again.
If you’re still having problems, send us a message via the “Contact page” and we’ll sort it out. Of course, any accidental double payments will always be refunded (but there shouldn’t be any of those!)
Your Strawberry Earth Account
How do I login to my account on the website?
Visit the strawberryearth.com homepage and click the ‘Login’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear inviting you to login by entering your email address and password (make sure you enable pop-ups in your web browser). An account is only created for you when you make your first purchase. So if you don’t have an account, don’t worry, just buy an awesome Strawberry Earth deal or sign up to the ‘Deal Updates by Mail’ and wait till something nice catches your eye…
I forgot my password, what now?
It happens, we know! Just head to our homepage and click the ‘Login’ button. Click ‘Forgot password’, then follow the instructions. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
I’d like to reset my password and/or personal details?
Security conscious huh, good stuff! Just head to our homepage and login with your existing email address and password. Once you’re done, click on your name and a drop down menu will appear. Select ‘Your Details’ and then ‘Edit your profile” or ‘Reset password’ and you’re done!
Is creating an account free?
Absolutely! Creating an account is completely free.
Is there a mobile app for Strawberry Earth deals?
Not yet… but we are working on this.

I’d like to stay informed about all Strawberry Earth deals, how do I sign up for the newsletter?
That makes us happy, thanks! Just go to www.strawberryearth.com and enter your email address where it says: ‘Deal Updates by Mail’. We’ll send you weekly mails with news about upcoming deals and you can unsubscribe whenever you want.
I’d like to change the language of my Deal Update emails, is that possible?
Absolutely! When you sign up to receive Deal Updates for the first time click the activation link in the email and then adjust the language preferences in the page you’re directed to – you can do that via the ‘Manage Your Preferences’ button
If you’re already receiving our emails in a language you don’t understand just click ‘Unsubscribe’ then sign up afresh, repeating the steps above to set your language preferences.
I’d like to stop receiving Strawberry Earth emails?
Uh oh, what did we do wrong? No problem, at the bottom of your weekly emails there’s an ‘Unsubscribe’ link. Click that and we’ll take care of the rest./p>

Can I also give a Strawberry Earth deal as a present?
Sure you can! The PDF voucher does include the purchaser’s name but it can be used by someone else. So you could buy the deal, print out the voucher and put it in a nice envelope as a prezzie! The Invoice for the purchase will include the purchaser’s full details, but that doesn’t have to be given as part of your present!
The discount code is sent in a voucher, but you could just as simply write out the code on a pretty card and give that as a present.
Is the PDF voucher or discount code personal?
No, if you want to give your voucher to someone else, there are no restrictions! Go ahead and make someone happy..
